2020 kicked off with two people at the start of exciting stages in their careers. MasterChef finalist Marianne Lumb talked about her next gastronomic adventure, while Oliver Familoe of Oli’s Nectarous – winner of the Young Producer category at the 2019 Future Food Awards – told us about his amazing vegan-friendly desserts.

Sue, Ollie and Holly were looking to the future in the 16 January show, specifically how artificial intelligence (AI) is continuing to impact the way we shop and eat.
