Cannon and Cannon believe that animals should be ethically and sustainably reared, meaning that all of the animals used to produce the meat that they sell are free range or wild. Their product range includes cured and air-dried sausages and beautifully cured pork, beef, lamb, mutton and much, much more. Shaun's inspiration came from being a proud, rural Norfolk boy wanting to produce and source fresh, seasonal and distinctive local produce for markets around East Anglia.
