After a couple of brilliant special shows from Food Matters Live over the last fortnight, we are back in the studio and back to our normal format with Guy Routledge.

We had a nice packed studio to get things going again too.

First up, we welcomed Tony Goodman on to the show. His Ten Acre brand need very little introduction, you’ve probably seen their brilliantly innovative popcorn and crisp products in most of the major supermarkets.

We then spoke to Daniel Pawson who has created an amazingly innovative brand called Sea Chips. He recognised that a huge amount of edible, nutritional and tasty salmon skin is being thrown away by fisherman. Dan’s solution is to cook up some salmon skin crisps. These need to be tried to be believed.

Throughout the show we also had some regular injections from Mirela Sula too. Mirela is the Editor of Global Women Magazine and tells us how she is encouraging more women to join the food industry.
