Anna Haugh, The Dublin chef has worked for the likes of Philip Howard, Shane Osborne and Gordon Ramsay in her career and is now opening her own restaurant in Chelsea.
Myrtle Restaurant offers Modern European cooking with an Irish influence, using the finest Irish produce. Typical dishes might include Clonakillty black pudding rolls and beef, boxty cake and cabbage, not to mention a good scattering of potatoes.
