At the fantastic Bread & Butter Show full of lovely producers, Christie and Lucy came across Ros Heathcote from Borough Broth.
Bone Broth is not a new concept, though it has dwindled recently due to ready-made stock cubes, but Ros’ company are leading the resurgence by sourcing the finest and most organic bones.
