The quality of cooking sauces is definitely improving. The offerings in supermarkets for Indian cuisine is growing, but Latin American flavours have so far been largely ignored.
But not now that Capsicana have hit supermarket shelves. Ben Jackson came to our studio with his fantastic products. The tastes of Brazil, Peru, Cuba and Mexico are now firmly etched on our minds after we had a mini banquet in our studio.
