Chloe from Oink and Udder
Chloe and David Wilcock demonstrate a different way of farming
As a principle, organic management is at the heart of Chloe and Davids ethos, this isn’t just about the food they produce. The way in which they farm, is a way of working and living in harmony with nature. The result is healthy soil, which grows healthy plants and animals, making for healthy people. By not using synthetic inputs and encouraging natural systems, they hope to create a better future for people, animals, and the environment. Their animals are fed GM free feeds which avoid soya wherever possible. The aim at Oink and Udder is to champion high welfare meat and milk to demonstrate a different way of farming. They believe in the value of quality ingredients which can be traced back to their source. They want to reconnect customers with their food and where it comes from whilst providing the best products possible.
