Copper Rivet Distillery is one of just a handful of UK 'grain to glass' distilleries. The grain arrives from local fields and is carefully distilled before the botanicals are added prior to bottling. Sue gets a tour from Stephen Russell and then a tutored tasting with author of The Philosophy of Gin, her fellow presenter Jane Peyton.
