Do you ever drink the tonic without the spirit? Generally, it’s a no (and with good reason), but all of that is changing now.
Among the many treasures dotted around the Speciality & Fine Food Fair, we came across the brilliant Fierce Botanics range. They call it an Apothecary Tonic, made with premium ingredients that is complete on its own (don’t worry, it still goes great with alcohol too!)
