Time to learn about fatbergs
Ever heard of a fatberg? If not, they’re a bit like Ronseal – it’s exactly what it says on the tin. Like an iceberg, but one that is made from pure fat and oil. Yummy.
We’ve got a bit of an epidemic under the streets of the UK. A lot of it is down to restaurants, but there are also plenty of households who are guilty of pouring excess cooking fat and oils down the sink to create these bergs of unpleasantness.
