From the volcanoes of Iceland come some drinks that were brightening the dark halls of Birmingham’s NEC Arena for the Food & Drink Expo.
Tony Bullock explains how GlacierFire are garnishing the purest of water and putting it at the forefront on all manner of products – including beers, vodka, gin and kombucha. It’s a hard job, but somebody has to try all of them.
