Guild of Food Writers
The professional association of food writers and broadcasters in the UK
Established in 1984, the Guild of Food Writers is devoted to extending members’ knowledge and experience, supporting new writers and encouraging a love of food in the young. Around 480 authors, broadcasters and journalists are among its members and they get access to a variety of forums, tastings and visits to share and develop their expertise. The Guild runs competitions and annual awards for new writers, along with annual children’s contests. We are honoured to have Charlotte Pike in the studio. Charlotte is not only a chef, award winning cookery writer and a food educator, she is the Chair of the Guild of Food Writers. You can't get a better person to advise us on cookbooks than that.
