It is fair to say that, as a human race, our taste buds are expanding to all sorts of different cuisines and experiences – more and more restaurants open to ensure supply matches demand. As a result, it’s pretty tough these days to be the ‘world’s first’ in pretty much anything food-related.
Ross Forder has managed it though. With Halo Burger UK, he has opened the “world’s first” fast-food burger joint dedicated to serving only the world-renowned “bleeding” vegan Beyond Burger. He rubs shoulders with so many fantastic food producers and the Pop Brixton food hub, but they continue to grow in popularity.
