Henry is the Features Editor at Master of Malt which is a multi-award-winning online drinks retailer. The author of Empire of Booze which won a Fortnum & Mason award, and The Home Bar. He is currently working on a third, The Cocktail Dictionary, to be published by Octopus. He regularly writes for the Guardian, Spectator, BBC Good Food, Food & Wine magazine and the Oldie.
