Chick peas…we tend to associate them with just hummus in the UK and we all love hummus, right? So why don’t we utilise chick peas in more than just the dippy delight?
Craig Hughes, or Puff Daddy as he refers to himself, had the same line of thinking. He decided to create Hippeas – puffed unpacked. They look like Wotsits but in terms of taste they are miles and miles ahead.
