Honey, I’ve drunk the beers! We love a bit of beer on The FoodTalk Show, but this was the first time that we’d had the chance to try honey beers.

Hannah Rhodes from Hiver Beers explained the process of how they make their smooth and great tasting product. Could the secret to their success be the Laaandan-type bees; urban beekeeping is becoming more and more popular, despite the city’s apparent lack of greenery.
