One man on a mission to change public perception of Asian cooking is Jeremy Pang. You may recognise Jeremy as the Asian food expert from Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch programme, but his day job stands in the form of ’School of Wok’ – a cookery school which is expanding rapidly in London.
