A taste of the Med in London

Following a gourmet road trip through Spain, Morocco and the Sahara, married chefs Sam and Sam Clark opened Moro in 1997 to celebrate the flavours of the southern Mediterranean. The award-winning Sams – accolades include Outstanding Contribution to the Industry in the London Restaurant Festival Awards – have since added two tapas bars and published highly inspirational cookbooks.
