Going out to dinner as a vegan with non-vegan friends must be quite the uphill struggle – while choice is improving, it’s difficult to please everyone.
Luckily the vegan landscape has been changed by a company called Moving Mountains Food. We were delighted to meet founder Simeon van der Molen; founder and creator of the B12 Burger – the first 100% plant-based burger that feels, looks and bleeds like a high-quality beef burger. Amazing stuff.
