They say that 3D food printing could be the answer to a potential global food shortage crisis. For the first time ever, we had an expert to tell us what it’s all about.
Despite the technology at her disposal Vaiva Kalnikaitė arrived at our studios in the flesh, rather than as a 3D cut-out – which was quite handy as we were able to find out all about Nu Food’s amazing work with their amazing printers.
