If you’ve not heard of Paul A Young’s chocolates, you need to head to one of his shops in London because they are top of the chocs!
He’s currently featuring in a BBC series centred around the history of chocolate, something you should definitely check out. In the studio, Paul wowed us with his vast array of weird, wonderful and innovative flavours. If anything, we needed more than 60 minutes for this one.
