How Susan Gafsen started a business in her 50s

Susan had always wanted to have her own business, but it took her until her 50’s, before she started Pep & Lekker. She was inspired to start the business when her youngest son became vegan and she struggled to find nutritious, tasty food that excited Henry’s taste buds. Seeds are great sources of fibre. They also contain healthy monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and many important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. So she started making some moreish bites that can be eaten on their own or with your favourite dip, salad or soup or even sprinkled on your dessert or porridge.
