Philli Armitage-Mattin

Philli Armitage-Mattin is a Masterchef finalist, a self-confessed food nerd, cat-lover and famous for her passion for Asian flavours. Her favourites are fried chicken, noodles, chilli oil and brown butter. She has a new pop up venture at the Intercontinental in London's poshest address, Park Lane, right in the middle of Mayfair. She also has a new cookbook out called "Taste Kitchen: Asia" where she explores six flavours to suit every taste.
