Say 10 years ago, being dairy-free or gluten-free was a tough prospect… There wasn’t a great deal of choice and the limited options just weren’t up to scratch.
Fast forward to today, and it’s almost like a clean eating Utopia. More and more people have jumped on to the wagon, be it out of choice or necessity and Pudology are leading the way with their fantastic puddings. We were joined by Lucy Wager who explained the whole story.
