If you live in Southern England especially, you’ll be aware that the region is becoming extremely good at producing sparkling wines. Some would say that we're now among the world's best.
We were delighted to welcome Henry Boorman from Redhill Farm Estate to introduce us to their amazing bottles – they're the only UK vineyard to produce more red than white too.
