Will Evans is a farmer and the host of the Rock & Roll Farming Podcast. His family have been farming in North Wales for hundreds of years producing beef cattle, arable crops and free range eggs.
Every week on his podcast he interviews farmers to showcase the incredible characters involved in producing our food. As he says "it's mostly about the people who get up early in the morning and put their hearts and souls into what they do every single day."
