If you’ve ever been to one of the major food expos like Food & Drink Expo, Speciality & Fine Food or Food Matters, then you’ll know how tough it can be to pry yourself away from the areas dedicated to different countries.

We find that the Scotland and Wales stands are always the toughest. The smells and sights are so addictive. As such, we were delighted to be welcomed by Scotland Food & Drink to speak to their clients at a recent show.
