Smithy Mushrooms is situated in the heart of West Lancashire, covering three acres of land. They have 26 growing rooms cultivating a large variety of different, wild and exotic mushrooms and have been the leading grower of fresh UK grown Shiitake mushrooms for the last 15 years. They supply Tesco, Marks and Spencer and Booths, as well as wholesale markets from London to Glasgow.
