You always leave it feeling rather full, so it’s always going to be a winner with us. The Speciality & Fine Food Fair is one of our favourites and we’re looking forward to this year’s event.
We met Event Organizer Kara Bowen, although quite how she found the time for us is a mystery, in her busiest time of the year just days before the show kicks off. Kara told us how she has cut down the size of the show in order to help the UK food industry and lends us her top exhibiting tips.
