We love a bit of tech on the FoodTalk Show – we love producers too, but we wanted to also honour food tech with our awards recently.
In our ‘Smart Kitchen’ category, the gold award winners were Studio Graphene who developed the tech behind Hawk Safety – a tool used for food hygiene benefits. Not just Hawk either, they’ve come up with Stop My Craving and Alchemy Wings.
