Bread straight from the freezer, you must be joking

Bread has got a bad reputation recently; we aren’t happy about it. More and more people are going carb-free in their diets and bread is the biggest loser. Doh!

It shouldn’t be like that though, we had Simon Cannell from The Baker’s Bicycle to try and save the situation. Not only is his company developing the nicest bread you could think of, in addition it’s frozen too – how is that even possible?
