James Hayward makes big flavoured beers in the cellar of the George and Dragon pub in Swanscombe. There's Cave Dweller, a porter with its coffee and chocolate notes, a proper best bitter called Neanderthal, a light Palaeolithic beer and Neolithic, a lovely hoppy pale ale with a citrus and grapefruit tang.
