Taught in a home-from-home kitchen environment, the expert chefs teach people about the chemical composition, Ayurvedic and herbal values of food, to help people really understand cooking. The Academy was founded by Kumud Gandhi, who has cooked for a variety of celebrities and even the Royal Family.
