The Lismore Food Company

Founded by three ‘biscuiteers’, The Lismore Food Company has a strong baking heritage, with foodie family histories dating back as far as the early 1800s. The trio launched a range of fine sweet biscuits in 2014, inspired by the amazing Irish butter from grass fed cows. They went on to launch award-winning savoury biscuits and some delicious confections – some say the company’s fame has even eclipsed Lismore Castle!
