The London Vermouth Company was born on a long night out, and raised on tasting, perfecting and flavour debating…
To help them on their journey, they enlisted their favourite foodie heroes of flavour and commissioned them to express their creativity in a bottle. The resulting vermouths are hand blended and bottled and produced in small batches with carefully selected ingredients sourced predominately from London and the home counties. They are so proud to present their first collection of vermouths made in collaboration with two wonderful taste-makers, Camille Hobby Limon the founder of the Time Out Pub of the Year and Steven Edwards, former winner of Masterchef: The Professionals.
