With Veganuary in full swing, it seemed like the perfect time to catch up with a company at the forefront of vegan innovation.
Rachel Hugh and Neil Potts are relatively new to veganism, but they recognised rightaway that more needed to be done to boost the offerings. Their response? Build a vegan burger company in super quick time. The Vurger Co have pop-ups in London and continue to attain plaudits with their amazing product.
