A family business, Jeff Higgins and his team operate from a converted Kentish Oast House on the edge of the picturesque village of Wye, just down the road from Canterbury. Their premises include a small factory shop with a viewing gallery overlooking the production area. You can buy their lovely lemon curds (they have passionfruit and blackcurrant curds too) and a whole range of mustards, pickles, chutneys, jams and marmalades.
