Tom is from Bromley and loves the strong flavours of far away places. His aim is to get people to cook something delicious from scratch rather than picking up the phone and ordering an oil laden takeaway. Our reporter Emily, took up his challenge and got her partner Alex (he's only been cooking for four weeks - yes really) to make a burger using Tom's spices.
