A beer to disrupt generations of thinking wine is the only drink to pair with food
Tim from Whitstable Brewery joined Brady and Paul on the show with a fine selection of beers.
Brady rubbed her hands gleefully together as Paul being a non drinker had to sit the tasting out. Tim chatted about the huge complexities of flavours that go into the different brews. Brady was especially impressed with the amount of raspberry’s that go into their Raspberry wheat beer (over 200 kilos for each batch in case you’re wondering) and with how they have food pairings to go with each of their beers.
