Doing what we do at The FoodTalk Show, we’ve met plenty of fantastic chocolatiers – Paul A Young and Willie Harcourt-Cooze to name a few.

However, few, if any, match up to the bizarre brilliance of Russell Pullan and Albert Chau. The duo are the brains behind Fifth Dimension chocolates which are simply out of this world. Brie, Curry & Raisin, Banana & Cardamom, Mustard and Basil. Yep, these are a few of their flavours.
