Gusbourne
The original Gusbourne Estate that dates back to 1410.
The original Gusbourne Estate in Appledore, Kent dates back to 1410. The de Goosebourne family crest was made up of three geese and this now forms part of the logo for all their wines. A combination of the best age-old traditions with modern technology and cutting-edge equipment allows them to sit between old and new world winemaking, while at the same time respecting the vineyards, the fruit and the natural elements involved in winemaking to ensure minimal intervention. They produce sparkling and still wines and also offer tours and wine tasting. Listen to their global ambassador Laura Rhys on The FoodTalk Show here and visit the Gusbourne website.
