Based in Kendal, Cumbria, Lovingly Artisan produces double fermented artisan sourdough made from ancient grains. Their leaven was created 30 years ago and expert baker Aidan Monks – who studied at the College of Culinary Arts in Boston, Massachusetts – believes that having a relationship with the farmer, miller and harvest is essential to making their unique and delicious recipes.
