It’s also something that Michelle Berriedale-Johnson has been covering for numerous years. After a dairy intolerance was diagnosed in her family, Michelle has written many books, published 1000s of recipes and now runs the successful Foods Matter online platform. As well as that, she set up the FreeFrom Awards which has been going since 2008.
