Be greedy despite being gluten-free

An astonishing 8.5 million people in the UK have declared themselves ‘gluten-free’ – some will do this because of coeliac disease, others just out of choice.

There are some sacrifices to doing this though…pastry (and baking in general) no longer needs to be one of these. We knew Oast to Host were good – they are one of our FoodTalk Awards Finalists – but Claire Forster reinforced it with this studio visit and the wonderful pastry tarts she brought along for us to feast on.
