Urban Cordial

Fed up with being unable to find tasty, interesting soft drinks, the founder of Urban Cordial started making her own from the produce grown in her allotment. When taking the product to market, the company decided to tackle food waste as well by using surplus fruit from local farmers. So far, Urban Cordial has saved a massive 40 tonnes of perfectly good fruit from going to landfill. With innovative flavours such as Raspberry and Rosemary, Strawberry and Sage, and Apple, Lemon and Fennel, Urban Cordial provides a mostly low sugar, soft option for grown-ups.
