Hinxden Farm Dairy is a family-run dairy farm, home to the Manford family for the past four generations. They have beautiful herds of Pedigree Holstein and Guernsey cows grazing in their fields in the garden of England. They pasteurise and bottle the milk, as well as making cream, yogurt, crème fraîche and butter. Not only that, they have a team of milkmen and women delivering their milk and other dairy products to homes within a 10- mile radius of the farm in Benenden.
