How to win a World Cheese Award on your first attempt

The Betts family have been farming in Kent since 1495, but Robin decided to start making cheese with his first released in 2006.Incredibly that trial batch received a Bronze Award in the World Cheese Awards in June 2006.They now have 100 Friesian Holstein cows that supply the milk they need to make Winterdale Oak Smoked and Winterdale Shaw.
